SIRUI warranty terms
SIRUI Europe GmbH offers customers a six-year warranty (two years for filters, smartphone accessories, bags and rucksacks) from the date of purchase, guaranteeing the product against production and manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused be mechanical reasons, high heat levels, improper use or loss.
Registration is not required; please see information on this page.
This warranty is only valid in conjunction with proof of purchase issued in Europe (see excluded countries and dealers below). This does not affect your statutory rights - including your statutory warranty rights.
SIRUI Europe GmbH handles warranty claims for products purchased in Germany, Austria Switzerland, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Hungary, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom and Ireland from a dealer/sales portal that is authorised by SIRUI Europe GmbH. Just ask us whether we cover your country.
SIRUI Europe GmbH is not responsible for the following continents:
Asia, Africa, Australia, South America, North America or Eastern Europe (in part)
SIRUI Europe GmbH is not responsible for the following European countries:
The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Lithuania, Estonia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Poland
SIRUI Europe GmbH reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim or service if the SIRUI product was purchased in a country for which we are not responsible, even if the dealer is present in a country for which we are responsible. You will still be to make use of the warranty as stated, but you will have to contact the dealer where you purchased the product.
We do not handle any service, spare parts, warranty, etc. requests for the following dealers/suppliers: fotole, Foto Popp, TOPDeals, Fenghui, EuroMystic, FOTONIA, Duessel-Shop.
If you submit a copy of your proof of purchase with your request, we will advise you as to whether we are responsible.
